Amending O. Reg. 135/98

(ADMINISTRATION AND COST SHARING)

1. Subsection 5 (1) of Ontario Regulation 135/98 is amended by striking out the portion before clause (a) and substituting the following:

Maximum discretionary benefits

(1) For each geographic area designated under subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 136/98 (Designation of Geographic Areas, Delivery Agents and Delivery Partners) made under the Act, the maximum amount a delivery agent may receive in a month as a subsidy for assistance costs incurred in providing the benefits set out in section 59 of Ontario Regulation 134/98 (General) made under the Act is the sum of,

Commencement

2. This Regulation is deemed to have come into force on October 1, 2024.
