Amending O. Reg. 510/99

(COMMUNITY SAFETY ZONES)

1. (1) Subsection 1 (1) of Schedule 16 to Ontario Regulation 510/99 is amended by striking out “Greenbank in the Township of Scugog” and substituting “Greenbank, located in the Township of Scugog in the Regional Municipality of Durham”.

(2) Section 1 of Schedule 16 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:

(1.1) That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7A in the community of Port Perry, located in the Township of Scugog in the Regional Municipality of Durham, lying between a point situate 100 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Old Simcoe Road and a point situate 100 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Simcoe Street (Durham Regional Road 2).

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
