Amending O. Reg. 681/94

(CLASSIFICATION OF PROPOSALS FOR INSTRUMENTS)

1. Section 1.3 of Ontario Regulation 681/94 is revoked.

2. Paragraph 5 of subsection 10.3 (2) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

5. Within 50 metres of land that is habitat, within the meaning of the Species Conservation Act, 2025, of a species that is listed as an endangered or threatened species on the Protected Species in Ontario List as defined in subsection 2 (1) of that Act.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 10 (Species Conservation Act, 2025) to the Protect Ontario by Unleashing our Economy Act, 2025 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
