Amending O. Reg. 768/20

(ONTARIO STUDENT GRANTS AND ONTARIO STUDENT LOANS FOR MICRO-CREDENTIALS)

1. Paragraph 3 of subsection 12 (1) of Ontario Regulation 768/20 is amended by striking out “the student loan” at the end and substituting “a loan”.

2. (1) Paragraph 1 of subsection 13 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “any student loan or any other amount required to be paid to the Crown in respect of a loan, grant or award made by the Government of Ontario” and substituting “any loan, or any other amount required to be paid to the Crown in respect of any grant or award made by the Government of Ontario under the Act”.

(2) Paragraph 2 of subsection 13 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “student loans” and substituting “loans”.

(3) Paragraph 3 of subsection 13 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “student loan” and substituting “loan issued under the Act”.

3. (1) Paragraph 1 of subsection 14 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “student loans” and substituting “loans”.

(2) Paragraph 2 of subsection 14 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “any student loan or to any program of awards, grants or bursaries” and substituting “any loan or to any program of grants or awards”.

(3) Clause 14 (5) (b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “student loans” and substituting “loans”.

4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
