Amending O. Reg. 468/18

(GENERAL)

1. Section 17 of Ontario Regulation 468/18 is amended by striking out “9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.” and substituting “7 a.m. and 11 p.m.”.

2. Paragraph 1 of section 20.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “9” and substituting “7”.

3. (1) Paragraph 5 of subsection 20.2 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

5.  The cannabis may only be delivered during a time between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. when the cannabis retail store is open to the public.

(2) The English version of subsection 20.2 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “9 a.m. and 11 p.m.”.

Commencement

4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
