Amending O. Reg. 394/23

(MAJOR CASE MANAGEMENT AND APPROVED SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS)

1. Paragraph 4 of subsection 8 (3) of Ontario Regulation 394/23 is amended by striking out “entered, researched” and substituting “researched”.

2. Subsection 13 (3) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

3.1 Review all investigative information entered into the approved software to ensure accuracy and completeness.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
