Amending O. Reg. 121/26, which amends O. Reg. 665/98

(HUNTING)

1. Subsection 60 (2) of Ontario Regulation 121/26 is revoked and the following substituted:

(2) Subsections 1 (3) and 7 (1), section 9, subsections 10 (2) and (3), section 11, subsections 13 (1), (2) and (6), section 18, subsections 20 (1) to (3) and sections 27, 29, 30, 36 and 41 to 43 come into force on the later of January 1, 2027 and the day this Regulation is filed.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
