Amending O. Reg. 367/11
(GENERAL)
1. Subsection 144 (1) of Ontario Regulation 367/11 is amended by adding the following paragraph:
30. A transfer from Minto Multi-Residential Income Partners I, LP, by its general partner, Minto Multi-Residential Income Partners I, GP Inc. to Ottawa Community Housing Corporation/La Société de logement communautaire d’Ottawa of any interest in real property set out in the Table to this paragraph, together with the assets, liabilities, rights and obligations related to the ownership or operation of the real property:
