Amending O. Reg. 510/99

(COMMUNITY SAFETY ZONES)

1. Ontario Regulation 510/99 is amended by adding the following Schedule:

Schedule 9.1
Municipality of Kincardine

1. (1) That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 21 in the Municipality of Kincardine in the County of Bruce lying between a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Northline Extension and extending southerly for a distance of 650 metres.

(2) This designation is effective 24 hours a day, seven days a week and every month of the year.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
