Amending O. Reg. 339/94

(DEMERIT POINT SYSTEM)

1. (1) Item 36.2 of the Table to Ontario Regulation 339/94 is amended by striking out “vehicle or tow truck” in Column 3 and substituting “vehicle, tow truck or work-related vehicle”.

(2) Item 36.3 of the Table to the Regulation is amended by striking out “vehicle or tow truck” in Column 3 and substituting “vehicle, tow truck or work-related vehicle”.

(3) Item 36.4 of the Table to the Regulation is amended by striking out “159 (4)” in Column 1 and substituting “159 (6)”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 2 to the Working for Workers Six Act, 2024 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
