Amending O. Reg. 289/26

(ADDENDA AND INFORMATION SHEETS FOR PURCHASE AGREEMENTS)

1. Ontario Regulation 289/26 is amended by striking out “January 1, 2027” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “January 1, 2028”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 4 of Schedule 1 to the Homeowner Protection Act, 2024 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
