Amending O. Reg. 406/98

(Tax Related Matters)

1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 406/98 is revoked and the following substituted:

1. For the purposes of sections 204 to 214 of the Act, the commercial classes and the industrial classes, as defined in subsection 308 (1) of the Act, are the business property classes. 

2. Sections 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8 of the Regulation are revoked.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day it is filed and January 1, 2003.
