Amending O. Reg. 347/04

1. Paragraph 5 of subsection 9 (1) of Ontario Regulation 347/04 is revoked and the following substituted:
5. A transportation company or an officer or employee of a transportation company, when acting as an agent for an insurer with respect to travel insurance, accident and sickness insurance or baggage insurance.
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the following dates:
1. The date subsection 4 (1) of Schedule H to the Government Efficiency Act, 2002 comes into force.
2. The date this Regulation is filed.
