Amending O. Reg. 437/97

(Professional Misconduct)

1. Paragraph 7 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 437/97 is revoked and the following substituted:

7. Abusing a student verbally.

7.1 Abusing a student physically.

7.2 Abusing a student psychologically or emotionally.

7.3 Abusing a student sexually.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
