Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

(Proceedings Commenced by Certificate of Offence)

1. Schedule 44 to Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.

2. Items 33, 34, 35, 36, 37 and 38 of Schedule 55 to the Regulation are revoked.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
