Amending O. Reg. 550/96

(Violent Crime Linkage Analysis System Reports)

1. Ontario Regulation 550/96 is amended by adding the following section:

1.1 This Regulation does not apply to a police officer appointed under the Interprovincial Policing Act, 2009.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day the Interprovincial Policing Act, 2009 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
