Amending O. Reg. 403/10

(Hogs — Plan)

1. Paragraph 4 of subsection 6 (1) of Ontario Regulation 403/10 is amended by striking out “Prescott and Russell and Prince Edward” and substituting “Prescott and Russell, Prince Edward, Renfrew and Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry”.

2. Subsection 11 (8) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “on and after January 1, 2010” and substituting “on and after January 1, 2011”.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
