Amending O. Reg. 321/11

(FEES PAYABLE TO BOARDS)

1. (1) Paragraph 3 of subsection 2 (2) of Ontario Regulation 321/11 is amended by striking out “two cents” and substituting “10 cents”.

(2) Paragraph 4 of subsection 2 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “10 cents” and substituting “5 cents”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2013 and the day it is filed.
