Amending O. Reg. 361/10
(AUDIT COMMITTEES)
1. Subsection 6 (1) of Ontario Regulation 361/10 is amended by striking out “board members” and substituting “members”.
2. Subsection 9 (4) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
2.1 To make recommendations to the board on the content of the external auditor’s audit plan and on all proposed major changes to the plan.
3. (1) Subsection 15 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “and” at the end of clause (c), by adding “and” at the end of clause (d) and by adding the following clause:
(e) a summary of any enrolment audits planned by the internal auditor.
(2) Subsection 15 (2) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(2) A board who receives a report under subsection (1) shall submit the information described in clauses (1) (c) and (e) to the Minister in each fiscal year on or before a date specified by the Minister.

4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
