Amending O. Reg. 116/95

1. The French version of the title to Ontario Regulation 116/95 is revoked and the following substituted:

FORMULAIRES

2. Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Form 1” and substituting “the form entitled “Summons”, labelled as Form 1 and dated November 2014, that is available on the website of the Government of Ontario Central Forms Repository”.

3. Section 2 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Form 2” and substituting “the form entitled “Warrant for Arrest (Defaulting Witness)”, labelled as Form 2 and dated November 2014, that is available on the website of the Government of Ontario Central Forms Repository”.

4. Forms 1 and 2 of the Regulation are revoked.

5. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
