Commencement

2. (1) Subject to subsections (2), (3), (4) and (5), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Subsection 1 (1) comes into force on the later of January 1, 2016 and the day this Regulation is filed.

(3) Subsections 1 (3), (4), (5), (7) and (8) come into force on the later of January 1, 2017 and the day this Regulation is filed.

(4) Subsection 1 (2) comes into force on the later of January 1, 2018 and the day this Regulation is filed.

(5) Subsection 1 (6) comes into force on the later of January 1, 2020 and the day this Regulation is filed.
