Amending O. Reg. 340/94

(DRIVERS’ LICENCES)

1. Subclause (a) (ii) of the definition of “motocyclette à vitesse limitée” in the French version of subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 340/94 is amended by striking out “Motocycles ― Méthode de mesure pour déterminer la vitesse maximale” at the end and substituting “Motocycles ― Mesurage de la vitesse maximale”.

2. Paragraph 1 of subsection 5 (4) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

1. Those parts of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 400, 400A, 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 406, 409, 410, 412, 416, 417, 420 and 427 with posted speed limits greater than 80 kilometres per hour.

1.1 All of the King’s Highway known as Highway 407 East.

1.2 All of the private toll highway known as Highway 407.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
