Revoking O. Reg. 84/03 (Used Tires) made under the Waste Diversion Act, 2002

1. Ontario Regulation 84/03 (Used Tires), made under the Waste Diversion Act, 2002, is revoked.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day clause 73 (1) (b) of Schedule 2 to the Waste-Free Ontario Act, 2016 comes into force and the day it is filed.
