Amending O. Reg. 76/14

(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS - LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2014-2015 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. Paragraph 1 of subsection 63 (2) of Ontario Regulation 76/14 is amended by adding the following subparagraph:

vii. The sum of the amounts set out in Columns 2 and 3 of Table 10 opposite the name of the board.

2. Table 25.2 of the Regulation is amended by,

(a) in Column 4 of item 6, striking out “9,275,664” and substituting “10,273,924”;

(b) in Column 4 of item 12, striking out “972,309” and substituting “450,000”;

(c) in Column 4 of item 15, striking out “3,320,030” and substituting “4,691,279”;

(d) in Column 4 of item 24, striking out “27,826,081” and substituting “30,551,889”;

(e) in Column 4 of item 27, striking out “2,365,555” and substituting “7,339,727”.

3. Table 25.3 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following row:
