Amending O. Reg. 340/94

(DRIVERS’ LICENCES)

1. (1) Clause 16 (d) of Ontario Regulation 340/94 is amended by striking out “any holder of a Class A, B, C, E or F driver’s licence” at the beginning and substituting “any holder of a Class A, B, C, D, E or F driver’s licence”.

(2) Clause 16 (e) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “any holder of a Class A, B, C, E or F driver’s licence” at the beginning and substituting “any holder of a Class A, B, C, D, E or F driver’s licence”.

(3) Clause 16 (f) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “any holder of a Class A, B, C, E or F driver’s licence” at the beginning and substituting “any holder of a Class A, B, C, D, E or F driver’s licence”.

(4) Clause 16 (g) of the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2018 and the day it is filed.
