Amending O. Reg. 310/13

(Asset transfers under sections 80 and 81 of the act)

1. Ontario Regulation 310/13 is amended by adding the following section before Part II:

Public Service Pension Plan

7.1 The following rules apply with respect to the Public Service Pension Plan continued under the Public Service Pension Act:

1. Subsection 10 (2) shall be read without reference to subparagraph 2 i of that subsection.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
