Amending O. Reg. 359/16

(GENERAL)

1. Section 6.1 of Ontario Regulation 359/16 is amended by adding the following subsections:

(1.1) The agreement described in subsection (1) is further amended by the agreement entitled “Second 2017 Agreement Amending the Multilateral Agreement Respecting Pooled Registered Pension Plans and Voluntary Retirement Savings Plans”, effective November 15, 2017.

(1.2) The agreement described in subsection (1), as further amended by the agreement mentioned in subsection (1.1), comes into effect in Ontario on November 15, 2017 with respect to the following designated jurisdiction:

1. Manitoba.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of November 15, 2017 and the day it is filed.
