Amending O. Reg. 45/11

(GENERAL)

1. Section 5 of Ontario Regulation 45/11 is amended by striking out “Commissioner” and substituting “Tribunal”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 7 of Schedule 17 to the Stronger, Healthier Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017 comes into force and the day it is filed.
