Amending O. Reg. 119/11

(PRODUCE, HONEY AND MAPLE PRODUCTS)

1.  Subsection 13 (1.1) of Ontario Regulation 119/11 is revoked and the following substituted:

(1.1)  For greater certainty, the reference to the manufacture of other foods in subsection (1) does not include the preparation of foods in food service premise, as that term is defined in Ontario Regulation 493/17 (Food Premises) made under the Health Protection and Promotion Act.

Commencement

2.  This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2018 and the day it is filed.
