Amending O. Reg. 288/01
(TERMINATION AND SEVERANCE OF EMPLOYMENT)
1. The definition of “construction employee” in section 1 of Ontario Regulation 288/01 is amended by striking out “Ontario Regulation 285/01 (Exemptions, Special Rules and Establishment of Minimum Wage)” at the end and substituting “Ontario Regulation 285/01 (When Work Deemed to be Performed, Exemptions and Special Rules) made under the Act”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2018 and the day it is filed.
