Amending Reg. 909 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Paragraph 1 of subsection 30.1 (2) of Regulation 909 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “Ontario Regulation 285/01 (Exemptions, Special Rules and Establishment of Minimum Wage)” and substituting “Ontario Regulation 285/01 (When Work Deemed to be Performed, Exemptions and Special Rules)”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2018 and the day it is filed.
