Amending O. Reg. 398/93

(DESIGNATION OF PUBLIC SERVICE AGENCIES)

1. (1) Paragraph 44 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 398/93 is amended by striking out “Ministry of Community and Social Services” and substituting “Ministry of the Attorney General, the Ministry of Community and Social Services”.

(2) Paragraphs 63.1, 155.1 and 167 of section 1 of the Regulation are revoked.

(3) Paragraph 188 of section 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Ministry of Community and Social Services” at the end and substituting “Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2018 and the day it is filed.
