Amending O. Reg. 200/96
(MINOR VARIANCE APPLICATIONS)
1. Subsection 3 (10) of Ontario Regulation 200/96 is amended by striking out “the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing” and substituting “the Ministry of Municipal Affairs”.
2. Section 3.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Municipal Board” and substituting “the Tribunal”.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of April 3, 2018 and the day it is filed.
