Amending O. Reg. 366/09

(DISPLAY SCREENS AND HAND-HELD DEVICES)

1. Subsection 12 (2) of Ontario Regulation 366/09 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

6. Over-dimensional vehicle escorts appointed under section 110.5 of the Act.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 9 of Schedule 17 to the Burden Reduction Act, 2017 comes into force and the day it is filed.
