Amending O. Reg. 293/92
(SUPERIOR COURT OF JUSTICE AND COURT OF APPEAL - FEES)
1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 293/92 is amended by adding the following subsection:
(2) Despite subsection (1), no fee is payable under this Regulation in relation to a proceeding under Part II of the Prevention of and Remedies for Human Trafficking Act, 2017 by or on behalf of a party to such a proceeding.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 14 of Schedule 2 to the Anti-Human Trafficking Act, 2017 comes into force and the day it is filed.
