Amending O. Reg. 277/18, which amends O. Reg. 564/05

(PRESCRIBED POLICY STATEMENTS)

1. Subsections 1 (1) and 2 (1) of Ontario Regulation 277/18 are revoked.

2. (1) Subsection 4 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Subject to subsection (2)” at the beginning.

(2) Subsection 4 (2) of the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
