1. Subsection 9 (1) of Ontario Regulation 252/17 is amended by adding the following paragraph:
15.1 Memorandum 2018 B11: Capital Funding for the 2018-2019 School Year, dated April 27, 2018.

7. The definition of “GGRF eligible expenditures” in paragraph 2 of subsection 64 (3) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
“GGRF eligible expenditures” is the amount of eligible expenditures under the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, as set out in the document entitled “Memorandum 2018 B11: Capital Funding for the 2018-19 School Year”, dated April 27, 2018, that the board incurred during the period beginning on April 1 of the current fiscal year and ending on August 31 of the current fiscal year and for which the board has entered into an agreement on or before June 29, 2018, and
