Amending O. Reg. 285/01

(WHEN WORK DEEMED TO BE PERFORMED, EXEMPTIONS AND SPECIAL RULES)

1. Subsection 4 (3) of Ontario Regulation 285/01 is amended by adding the following clause:

(a.1) a person whose employer is the Crown, a Crown agency or an authority, board, commission or corporation all of whose members are appointed by the Crown;

2. Section 8 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following clause:

(b.1) a person whose employer is the Crown, a Crown agency or an authority, board, commission or corporation all of whose members are appointed by the Crown;

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
