Amending O. Reg. 81/12
(REQUIREMENTS FOR ESTABLISHING A GAMING SITE)
1. Paragraph 1 of subsection 2 (3) of Ontario Regulation 81/12 is amended by striking out “Registrar of Alcohol, Gaming and Racing” at the end and substituting “Registrar under the Alcohol, Cannabis and Gaming Regulation and Public Protection Act, 1996”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 50 (1) of Schedule 2 to the Cannabis Statute Law Amendment Act, 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
