Amending Reg. 630 of R.R.O. 1990

(VEHICLES ON CONTROLLED-ACCESS HIGHWAYS)

1. Section 1 of Regulation 630 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(3) Clause (1) (c) does not apply to a motorcycle that is driven by electricity that is stored in the vehicle if the motorcycle was manufactured after December 31, 2008, and has a power rating of not less than 11 kilowatts.  

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
