Amending O. Reg. 155/18

(GENERAL MATTERS UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL)

1. Subsection 4 (5) of Ontario Regulation 155/18 is amended by adding “and” at the end of clause (a), by striking out “and” at the end of clause (b) and by revoking clause (c).

2. Clause 23 (2) (d) of the Regulation is revoked.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of May 1, 2019 and the day it is filed.
