Amending O. Reg. 336/07

(DESIGNATED PUBLIC BODIES)

1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 336/07 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

106.1  Ontario Health.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 3 (1) of Schedule 1 to The People’s Healthcare Act, 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
