Amending O. Reg. 386/07

(PRESCRIBED AGENCIES, CROWN AS EMPLOYER)

1. Paragraph 3 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 386/07 is revoked.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 3 (1) of Schedule 1 to The People’s Healthcare Act, 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
