Amending O. Reg. 59/09

(GENERAL)

1. (1) The French version of subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 59/09 is amended by striking out “fonctions” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “attributions”.  

(2) Subsection 1 (3) of the Regulation is revoked.

2. Section 1.1 of the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
