Amending O. Reg. 215/16

(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS - LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2016-2017 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. Clause (a) of the definition of “I” in subsection 59 (1) of Ontario Regulation 215/16 is amended by striking out “construction costs” and substituting “construction, pre-construction and operating costs”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
