Prescribed organization

Ontario Telemedicine Network

1. Pursuant to paragraph 8 of subsection 40 (2) of the Act, Ontario Telemedicine Network is prescribed as an organization for the purposes of subsection 40 (1) of the Act.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2020 and the day it is filed.
