Amending O. Reg. 275/94

(GENERAL)

1. Subsection 15 (4) of Ontario Regulation 275/94 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

6. Treating, by means of psychotherapy technique, delivered through a therapeutic relationship, an individual’s serious disorder of thought, cognition, mood, emotional regulation, perception or memory that may seriously impair the individual’s judgment, insight, behaviour, communication or social functioning.

2. Subsection 15.1 (2) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

5. Treating, by means of psychotherapy technique, delivered through a therapeutic relationship, an individual’s serious disorder of thought, cognition, mood, emotional regulation, perception or memory that may seriously impair the individual’s judgment, insight, behaviour, communication or social functioning.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2020 and the day it is filed.
