Amending Reg. 965 of R.R.O. 1990
(HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT)
1. Clause 23 (a) of Regulation 965 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
(a) from records of personal health information including x-ray films, to Ontario Health for purposes related to the oversight and co-ordination of Ontario’s cancer care and renal care systems and the administration of access to care and wait times initiatives;

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of April 1, 2020 and the day it is filed.
