Amending O. Reg. 134/98

(GENERAL)

1. (1) Subsection 56 (1) of Ontario Regulation 134/98 is amended by striking out “one-half of a month” and substituting “48 days”.

(2) Clause 56 (2) (a) of the Regulation is amended by adding “or has limited access to” after “to obtain”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation is deemed to have come into force on March 17, 2020.
