Amending O. Reg. 367/07
(TERM OF LICENCES)
1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 367/07 is amended by adding the following subsection:
(6) Despite anything to the contrary in this section,
(a) the term of a licence that would expire on or after April 16, 2020 and before June 17, 2020 is extended by 90 days; and
(b) the term of a licence that expired on or after March 16, 2020 and before April 16, 2020 is extended for the period beginning on April 16, 2020 and ending on the day that is 90 days after the term expired.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
